Processing / Refunds

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Perky Planties. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.


All orders are processed within 1-5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. We ship primarily Monday and Tuesdays to better serve you and ensure any live plants get to you as soon as possible. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Shipping is through USPS (United States Postal Service), unless requested or stated otherwise. Shipping costs are determined by the size, weight, and destinaton of the package per USPS shipping cost. All orders are shipped priority, unless requested otherwise, which is typically 2-4 day shipping, however reasonable delays are expected and should be considered when ordering.  Local pick-up orders should be picked up within 10 days of placing the order.

Perky Planties ships to all 50 states in the United States of America. 
We currently do not ship outside the U.S
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). Perky Planties is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Perky Planties is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.



Live Plants - We pride ourselves on carefully and tactifully packaging our plants with each individual destination in mind. We expect our plants to arrive to you just as they left, perky and healthy, even with reasonable shipping delays.


Please open your package as soon as possible and avoid letting it sit outside for an extended period of time upon delivery. You will be emailed tracking information. Keep in mind that some plants are more susceptible to shipping stress and it may be beneficial to research that information regarding any plant that you have shipped to you. Heat packs are available.

Returns/Refunds/Replacements are only accepted for plants that arrive dead/damaged, at no fault of USPS, or other shipping handler. 

Your refund/replacement will be processed within 5 business days upon return of item. 

Refunds are ONLY for the costs of the plant(s), not for shipping or return costs. 

Please be sure to take pictures immediately and reach out to us if your plant arrives damaged/dead, so that we can quickly and efficiently resolve the issue. If there are any other issues, concerns, or questions please feel free to reach out as soon as possible via e-mail. Our mission statement is to spread happiness through plants, so we want to assure all customers are happy with their plants and purchases!

Hard Goods - Refunds/Returns are available within 5 business of recieveing your item(s) if you are not satisfied.
Item must be returned in the same condition as it arrived. 

Refunds/Replacments are processed within 5 business days once item has been returned.
